Description

Cycling DAA (D-Aspartic Acid) while weight training is relatively common; most lifters take DAA to enhance Nitric Oxide levels, the compound responsible for fuller feeling muscles while resistance training, and to increase overall energy. DAA also supports improved T levels by boosting the body’s natural production of T and producing creatine which in turn helps the recovery process; lifters will also take it to enhance male performance. Typically, the most effective way to use DAA is to cycle it. This means taking it for a period of time, followed by a break. This allows your body to adjust and make the most of the amino.

What is Muscle Empire’s D-Aspartic Acid (DAA)?

Muscle Empire’s DAA is a nonessential amino acid designed to give you a better edge in your performance as well as assist with building muscle. Our DAA is easily digestible and contain no extra ingredients or fillers; just the pure DAA. Now you can boost your performance inside and outside the gym. D-Aspartic acid is an enantiomer of the amino acid Aspartate. The common dietary enantiomer of Aspartate is L-Aspartate. L-Aspartate is a non-essential amino acid and can be incorporated into protein structures, although D-Aspartate is not associated with protein structures, rather with hormone regulation. Through research, D-Aspartate is believed to be a constituent of human cartilage, enamel, and can be accumulated in the brain as well as being a constituent of blood cell membranes. D-Aspartic acid shows promise in increasing nitric oxide levels. Continuous supplementation of D-Aspartic acid may only provide temporary increases in test levels for healthy men. It is recommended to cycle D-Aspartic acid and is the most effective means of use.

How Does D-Aspartic Acid (DAA) Work?

DAA, one of two forms of aspartic acid, is an amino acid found in both the central nervous system as well as in reproductive tissues. Unlike its L-Aspartic Acid counterpart, DAA is not used to make proteins. It is suggested that DAA is responsible for developing the nervous system as well as hormone regulation. Concerning hormone regulation within the endocrine glands, DAA releases prolactin from the anterior pituitary gland; in the posterior pituitary gland, it modulates vasopressin and oxytocin and suppresses the secretion of melatonin in the pineal gland. Where the adrenal gland is concerned, it regulates testosterone production. DAA accumulates in neuroendocrine tissue such as the pituitary gland, pineal gland, and reproductive organs, where it works as an excitatory compound to stimulate the release of hormones.[1]
