Returns & Refunds:
At HR Supplements, we are confident in our products and their ability to deliver the results you seek, but in some cases, our products may be overwhelming in their efficiency. However, we are unable to accept opened product returns, because once the product has been opened, we cannot re-stock the product or reuse the remainder of the opened product in a different formulation, and as a result, we will not issue a refund for the opened product. We highly encourage all our customers to research our products to make an informed decision before consuming them.

We accept returns on items that are new, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and our shipping costs. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us as soon as possible, prior to returning the product(s).

Every item is insured for its individual value in the order. Each order and item are subject to our discretion for eligibility for Replacement or Refund. We will strive to provide reasonable accommodations for each case and resolve the matter. Returns that occur after the 30-day return window will not be accepted. The buyer must provide/ship return items at their expense, and/or any shipping rates paid for the original order may not be eligible for a refund.

Replacement Policy

Replacement products can be provided for damaged items upon proof of damage within three days of receipt of the shipment. We will send a call tag for all damaged products.

Replacement products are provided for unopened wrong item orders.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window; please contact us as soon as possible to start your claim process. We will not accept opened product returns. Returned funds will be issued upon our receiving of the item at our return facility.

 

Refused Shipments:

Refused shipments or orders canceled after shipping are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee in addition to return freight. All customers are responsible for canceling their order prior to their order(s) being shipped.

Package Missing or Lost:

Missing or lost packages must be claimed with the corresponding carrier.If you suspect your package is missing or lost, please reach out to your local post office and ensure that the package isn't being held at their facility.If you live in an apartment complex, please verify with the staff at the front desk that they are not holding your package for you.The local carrier in your state may provide additional information about the whereabouts of the package.  It is not uncommon for shipping delays to occur; checking with your local courier, e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc., for further updates should always be the first step in tracking your order.Packages deemed lost/missing with provided proof of claim are eligible for refund or replacement of items.

"Bad Taste" or "Bad Odor"

We do not accept refunds based on "bad taste," "bad odor," or another unique flavor considered unpalatable. These powders are not flavored and thus resulting in a natural state of taste and flavor. Products that contain algae and/or sulfur-based ingredients can have a strong taste and smell. However, concerns about safety and usage are eligible for future investigation. Unopened/Opened Bags

Unopened bag returns are eligible for Full Item Refunds and fulfilled once the package is inspected and deemed acceptable.

Opened bag returns will be subject to an individual case-by-case investigation and outcome. 50% Partial Item Refund for opened item returns.

PLEASE NOTE: Our policy is to destroy all returns, even "sealed" products. Therefore, policy rules and exceptions are subject to changes and may be judged on an individual case-by-case basis.
